Please note that the calendars on this page represent our true availability. If there are no openings this means staff is fully booked. PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. One check/cashier's check/money order made to U.S. Dept. of State. (Adult Passport $130 USD, Minor Passport $100, Expediate fee +$60, Passport card +$30, Passport card (minor) +$15 [effective 12/27/21])
  2. Second payment made to City of Mill Creek via check, debit, credit card accepted (NO CASH). ($35 per application)

  • Passport Services

    • Passport Appointment (For Up to 2 Applications)
      Notice:  Most adult passport renewals can be processed by mail. Please review the renewal criteria prior to scheduling
      The reservation system shows all availability only two weeks out from today's date; New Appointments are entered into the system every Tuesday morning (10am-10:30am) as staff schedules are set.
    • Family Passport Appointment (For 3 or more applications)
      Notice:  Most adult passport renewals can be processed by mail. Please review the renewal criteria prior to scheduling
      If you have more than 5 passports, please make another appointment directly after your first appointment as it takes 1 hour 
      to process 5 applications. The Family appointment is only allotted 1 hour.

    • Pasaporte (Maximo 2 Aplicaciones per cita)
      Aviso: la mayoría de las renovaciones de pasaportes para adultos se pueden procesar por correo. Revise los criterios de renovación antes de programar
      El sistema de reservas muestra toda la disponibilidad solo dos semanas después de la fecha de hoy; Las nuevas citas se ingresan en el sistema todos los martes por la mañana a medida que se establecen los horarios del personal.
    • Cita para Familia de Pasaporte (3+ Aplicaciones)
      Si tiene más de 5 pasaportes, programe otra cita directamente después de su primera cita, ya que demora 1 hora para procesar 5 solicitudes. A la cita familiar solo se le asigna 1 hora.
