Family Passport Appointment (For 3 or more applications)

The Family appointment is only allotted 1 hour.

No longer taking cash.
There will be a hands free temperature reading prior to appointment and masks are required.
The client(s) who are allowed in the building are the ones with the appointment (Unless a minor, requiring both parents).
Have a 2x2 Passport photo from Walgreens, Rite Aid, Bartell Drugs, CVS, etc. Please come with a eligible passport photo. Please see: https://tsg.phototool.state.gov/photo
